As Miran Legal, the satisfaction of our colleagues is important to us, as is the customer satisfaction of our clients. Within this scope, we signed a professional partnership in evaluating “employee satisfaction”. When Great Place to Work was examined, the opinions of our colleagues working in the institution were consulted at the point of their satisfaction. By completing the survey with a 90% success rate, we, as Miran Legal, were entitled to call our "Great Place to Work" Certificate.

Women's Empowerment Principles
As Miran Legal, we have supported the "Women's Empowerment Principles" program by signing it under the leadership of UN Women. As Miran Legal, which has a rate of 70% Y generation female employees, we have added a new one to our projects on women's participation and equality in the workforce, and we continue our work with awareness the importance and happiness of being a pioneer in our field.

We Became a Signatory Of The United Nations Global Compact
We became a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact. As Miran Legal, we participated in the "Global Principles Agreement" implemented by the United Nations within the scope of the Millennium Development Plans. We are happy to be a party to this international convention, with the importance of simultaneously conducting corporate sustainability and social sustainability and spreading global principles locally. We are a pioneer in the field of "law" among 306 different companies from Turkey participating in the United Nations Global Compact, which consists of 10 important principles. We committed to work to be carried out within the scope of the contract, and after signing the contract, we received a thank you letter from Sanda Ojiambo, the Executive Director of the United Nations Global Compact.
