Following the assessment of submitted CVs, selected candidates are invited for an interview. Both recent graduates and experienced individuals participate in initial interviews conducted by one or more of our lawyers, where their qualifications are observed and evaluated throughout the ongoing process.

Candidates who successfully pass the initial interviews proceed to meet with our partners and senior lawyers for further discussions. New graduates also have the opportunity to engage in conversations with individuals who participated in the previous summer program. Additionally, candidates are encouraged to raise specific issues or questions they wish to discuss, provided they notify the human resources department during the interview planning stage.
