With the Official Gazette dated 5 April 2023 and numbered 32154, the Law on Amendments to the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and Certain Laws was adopted and entered into force. The amendments adopted by this Law are as follows:

The Presidential Decree No. 142 published in the Official Gazette dated 13.04.2023 and titled "THE PRESIDENCY DECREE ON SOME MEASURES TAKEN IN THE FIELD OF DISASTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT UNDER THE STATE OF EMERGENCY" aims to take measures in the field of disaster and emergency management within the scope of the state of emergency declared by the Presidential Decree dated 08.02.2023 and numbered 6785.

With the Personal Data Protection Authority Decision numbered 2023/134 and dated 01/03/2023, the data breach in "TikTok", which is available as an application on the Internet and social media platforms, was evaluated.  As a result of the evaluation made within the framework of Articles 4, 12, 15 and 18 of the Personal Data Protection Law, a violation was determined and the summary of the decision is as follows;
