After the submitted CVs are evaluated, the candidate is invited for an interview. New graduates and experienced candidates first attend an interview with one or more of our lawyers and their qualifications are observed to be evaluated in the ongoing process.

Candidates who are eligible to attend further interviews meet with our partners and senior lawyers. New graduates also get the chance to talk to the last participants of the previous summer program. Candidates are given the opportunity to talk about the issues or questions they want to consult, if they notify the human resources department during the preparation of the interview plan.
