Miran Legal; It has adopted the principle of working together with the trainee lawyers selected after a careful elimination process, also after obtaining their attorney licenses. Trainee lawyers for 1 year; they are approached as a candidate attorney and explain in detail the important intricacies of the lawyer profession they will be a member of.
Intern lawyers; Our experienced lawyers appointed as mentors are given practical training in basic legal processes such as project-based studies, litigation, contract writing, transaction in official offices in coordination with the interns. In return, our interns prepare weekly study reports and are reviewed by their mentors. The relevant report at the end of the internship period; It is offered by the mentor lawyer to the partner lawyers.
Miran Legal; With its current system, it allows all lawyer candidates who start their internship to progress in a structured career system. Candidates who fulfill the specified criteria and are entitled to a lawyer license; every year their progresses in their career steps and gains the opportunity to become a partner lawyer or senior lawyer.
